Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad. Any dispute, difference, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to your use of this website shall be referred to arbitration of a sole and independent arbitrator, who shall be appointed by SP. All such arbitration proceedings shall be held in Ahmedabad and shall be in accordance with and subject to the provision of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any statutory modification or enactment thereof.
